We were asked by Killenaule school to advise on what options might be available to them in their project of finding suitable windows and doors for a new and large sports hall. This commercial project for Youghal Glass involved the provision of 20 large windows and three doors. An important styling imperative for this project was the match of the new with existing window and door colours of the adjoining school building, so as to harmonize the overall architectural look.
Once again Aluclad was chosen, a window and door solution perfectly suited for this type of project, possessing the sought after qualities of effective weather-proofing and product durability for large size exterior windows.
The project also consisted of the installation of a large 4 meter Aluclad curtain wall screen which is a wonderful architectural feature of this sports hall. We were very happy to be chosen as the window and door provider for this school project.
